For this challenge each group were given 20 tooth picks and 20 marshmallows. Their challenge was to create the tallest free standing structure possible. We had great funa nd even got to eat all the marshmallows afterwards.

Design a catapult fifth
The pupils were each given 15 lollipop sticks, an elastic band and cellotape and they were set a task. They had to create a catapult that would propel a pieceof paper as far as possible.They had great fun designing, collaborating and creating their catapults.Well done to all the students aontheir hard work.
Ancient Greece fifth
The pupils of 5th class designed and created the acropolis builiding in Greece.
